Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

• Full refund if withdrawal occurs more than 14 days before programme start
• 50% refund if withdrawal occurs 7-14 days before programme start
• No refund if withdrawal occurs less than 7 days before programme start
• No refund after programme has commenced, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion
